I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The nurse practitioner (Toni Pinckney) refused to see me without providing a clear reason or any professional explanation, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. As a patient, I expect basic communication and respect, especially when it comes to my healthcare. On top of that, her assistant (AnnaMaria) displayed extremely rude and dismissive customer service. TP made sure that I got labs and referrals to have several issues checked. There was no guessing and I love that. She communicates well to give thorough insight on your health. Love her personality.
