My 6 week old got his tongue tie removed here. Overall was a okay/good experience! I think he’s enjoying his tongues new movement! The place was clean, doctor and staff were very nice. Some cons were, I wish they left me in the waiting room while the procedure was being done. Hearing him scream from the other room was absolutely horrible and the worst thing ever. Dr. Ritter was incredibly informative and supportive during our decision to get our newborns tongue tie released. She helped eased our anxiety and took great care of our daughter. I loved that she calls you the night of the procedure to check in & is always available for questions. The office was welcoming and the staff were so kind. Highly recommend.

We went to Dr. Ritter to assess a tongue tie. She was knowledgeable and clearly explained the procedure, including the pros and cons. Her and the team were professional, efficient, and personable. We would definitely return and recommend Smile Solutions of Baltimore for any infant dental care.
If you need to get your newborn or childs lip or tongue tie done, look no futher. Our daughter had one with an ENT done at 4 days old and he did not do it right at all. Our daughter is almost 2 and has had issues ever since the first release. I did research and with the help of our feeding therapist we chose to go with Dr. Ritter. She provides excellent care.
