Tongs are an electrical and plumbing company...We have used them for 22 years and absolutely love the service we get..Chris and Luke are outstanding techs and Kent the owner is incredible...His wife and the rest of the staff are an amazing team.....
Had Tong's install a new Weil McLain Ecotec Combi boiler in my home. It handles the heat and hot water for our home. They were very professional and explained everything as they went. They cleaned up everything before they left. I was very impressed with all of them. I was stunned at how nice and neat the new boiler pipes are. My home feels so warm and I haven't had any troubles at all! I will definitely be having them back to do other work!
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service your company provided. Your team's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring everything was done perfectly did not go unnoticed. From the initial consultation with Luke to the completion of the job with Doug and crew Andrew, Owen, Rob and Claude, every step was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. As a tech in a similar field of the HVAC/R industry, I know the types of problems that come up during the process... read more

Don’t tell them what the probl... read more
