Said they would come one day and didn’t show up or call for almost a week to fix a toilet that was running. Replaced the plunger and left without checking if it was still running and charge over 100. Toilet was still running and noticed the handle bar to the plunger was over the pump. Called back and said it was still running. They came back and just replaced the handle and bar and left again without seeing if it was still running. Charged over 100 a second time and the toilet is still running. I called Tong’s because my AC was not working. They came out and spent two hours trying to fix it, saying that I had to spend $700 on a new motor that MIGHT fix it or buy a new HVAC for 6k. It was $200 for that visit, just to be in the same position I was before I called them. Tiffin Deluxe came out the next day and fixed it within an hour for $251. That just doesn’t make sense or sit well with me. STAY AWAY
Stay away from this business!! I had Tong's put in a brand new split unit in. This system was junk after the first year. They never put any warranty with my system. This system has cost me 500.00 every year since put in. This company will take your money and run. Kent Tong is all about the money he doesn't care about his customers. I will be calling the BBB and reporting his also. My service with Tongs was the worst.... STAY AWAY!!
Great people! They deliver the service they contract on time and on estimate, and they do excellent work.
