Subpar customer service. This was the only eye clinic in Juneau that would take my eye insurance, so I had no other choice. Doctor left me alone waiting for the dilation drops to work for about 20 minutes while he attended to another patient. He gave me a prescription, but never checked to make sure it was the right prescription. I had to go back and get my eyes re-tested because the new prescription seemed too strong.
