Great dinner at Tong Sake House. We ordered the Kimchi & Bacon Fried Rice, Poke Salmon Bento Box, a Philadelphia Roll, and a Dragon Roll. Everything was delicious, and the kimchi was the highlight of the fried rice. I'm fairly new to sushi, and this meal convinced me that I like both salmon and eel. The Philadelphia Roll and Dragon Roll were both excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was nice to find a quality restaurant in Poway that's open later than many other places nearby. sushi great! tong boxes great! ramen not so great :( ramen is so bad i couldn't even finish. i rate the ramen 2/5 only cuz the pork and spinach are good.
THESE ARE THE BEST SUSHI ROLLS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Everything is always fresh, delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. The Tong Tong and Lemon Cilantro rolls are absolutely amazing, they're my favorites! I come here several times a month because I love it so much. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible sushi.
Really close to home and really good. Sometimes come by myself and there is always amazing service and its a fun place to come with a big group.
