I don't know what's worse.Filling out paperwork online for a car accident, giving you guys all the information, and then being called a liar.By a nurse who's drawing a diagram of my accident on a paper tissue with a pen while i'm sitting here with the room, spinning with a concussion..... not only that, you could have easily contacted the original hospital that seen me and had them file over my paperwork
Doctor Michael Tong is the best. He will put in all the effort it takes, to keep you in good health!
Worst place to visit . The staffs are bad not helping waiting time can take up to 1 hr . I wish to give them zero rating
Dr Tong is very nice and thorough, however if you need a sick visit appointment they’re booking 6 months out and if you need a physical they’re booking minimum two years out. Office staff is terrible with returning messages and sending refills in a timely matter. They claim within 72 hours but I’ve been waiting five days despite them knowing I am out of meds.
Dr.Tong is the best of the Best.He is understanding and really listens to what you want to say! He’s been my doctor over 20 years!!!
