Dr Tong is very nice and thorough, however if you need a sick visit appointment they’re booking 6 months out and if you need a physical they’re booking minimum two years out. Office staff is terrible with returning messages and sending refills in a timely matter. They claim within 72 hours but I’ve been waiting five days despite them knowing I am out of meds.
Dr.Tong is the best of the Best.He is understanding and really listens to what you want to say! He’s been my doctor over 20 years!!!
Dr. Tong is so professional, kind and thorough. He listens, he cares, and treats all your concerns. He takes his time, no rushing, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
