I contracted with Tong to do some general work for me in my home. Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the job after they left. I was prepared for the worst when I called them back the next week to discuss it, but I couldn't have been more impressed with the response. The service was top notch from the scheduling of the service appointment to the actual service itself. The technicians were very knowledgeable and polite, explaining what they were doing and asking for feedback every step of the process.

Tong was very professional and handled our situation with immediate action. I am thankful for Landon's customer service and his professionalism throughout the challenging project.
