I visited Tones for the first time today and saw Taylor, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Even before arriving, the reception team impressed me with their clear and helpful communication. They guided me in choosing the right stylist, made it easy to share what I wanted ahead of time, and were upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated. I’ve been coming to tones for the last 3 years and my hair experience here has been amazing! All the girls are incredibly talented and so welcoming. I do my hair color, cut and blow dry with Soraya and she’s transformed my hair. My hair went from shoulder length and see through to almost down to my waist! I couldn’t have asked for a better salon!! Ale & all her girls are incredible! 1000/10 service always.
