Their toner is as good as ANY I've used and better than most. Their prices are the lowest. Their customer support is unparalled, and they stand behind their products. Anyone who rates this company less than excellent either had a very bad day when they wrote their review or did not make a simple phone call to have their less-than-perfect experience corrected. I have been using them for many years for my 3 printers.
We've been buying from these guys for 10+ years. They always have inventory and they ship fast. The toners last a really long time and are great deals for the price. Highly recommend!

First of all Your toner cartridges are supposed to fit the designated copy/printer machine for which it was ordered for. My account manager asked me to call back after lunch, (typical) ... because she could not approve replacement toner cartridges for this Brother MFC-L2710DW...
