Tonelli's Pizza Pub is lacking good customer service Tonelli's Food is really good but the service is usually slow and inattentive! The managers are always outside smoking and not paying attention to the guests or their servers that are working hard looking for them and trying to handle the volume in the dining room!
Place is a waste of time! Dont pay attention to any of these reviews! The owner writes them himself boasting about how wonderful he is. The place sucks, the service sucks, and the owner is a douchebag! Don't waste your time. Oh and the best of all its completely overpriced!
Not worth the time... Poor service.... But I do not think it is the employees fault but the result of poor management. Everyone looks very busy and trying to do their best but confused and looking for a manager that is never around. The food is good, and I think with new management the place could be great! Love atmosphere & location!
Great sports bar
Don't get the BBQ chicken pizza unless you loooove BBQ sauce. I wanted a little more pizza with my BBQ sauce personally! Turkey chili is yummy though!!
