Dr. Gilmore is great! He is very helpful. He listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend him for any foot problems you may have. The staff is great as well. They are very welcoming from the time you enter the door until you check out.

My experience with Capital Podiatry Associates was very fruatrating. First of all, the front desk people are liars. I'm a former patient that went back because I wanted to know if they do medical pedicures. They said yes, so I scheduled an appointment. I asked them what a medical pedicure consisted of. Outstanding Payment Issue Resolved: The office manager, Liney, picked our phone call finally and resolved the issues. Made phone call back and forth between Capital Podiatry and my insurances. I ended up didn't need to pay anything. Insurance is confusing, and wish all patients could be explained clearly from both insurance and providers. __________________________ Follow up after 4 months: I have my insurance, but either the doctor or the billing department couldn't get paid through my insurance. Dr. Gilmore, along with his great staff, continue to provide excellent care. It's always a pleasant experience to interact with Dr. Gilmore's staff as they are extremely capable, helpful and professional in their dealings with the patient workload.
