Way over priced for the condition of salon.
I visited the salon yesterday for the first time. I am a snow bird and hesitant to try someone new. The person answering the phone was very helpful and scheduled me with Kaira. I had a free consultation first and then decided to proceed with the services I wanted. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job! I was so pleased with her work. The salon is lovely and welcoming.
I walked in with shoulder length hair in a ponytail. Had an appt with Tomy. I showed him 3 styles. He recommended the platinum bob even though my preference was a different (shorter) one. What he cut is obviously NOTHING like the photo. If he at least had given me a decent cut it would be ok but This is horrendous and it’s so much worse not blown straight like in the picture (just after I got home from the salon).
