I'm very displeased with this man's services! He is definitely a scammer who takes advantage of people who need work done! I was quoted 30-150 to have my car window put on track. When I got there he asked for the keys and and came back once to tell me it needed a regulator and some clamps but that he had them parts. About an hour or 2 later he had his secretary tell me the cost was 295. He charged me 185. For a regulator which I looked up & costs around 60. Or less at Auto Zone. This place is awesome. Needed windshield replaced. Called today and they had an opening. In and out in a little over an hour. Friendly, professional and an all around cool little shop.
Been going to Tom for over 10 years. Never had a problem!
MY wife called Tom's at 10:00 am and was quoted 265.00 for a New windshield. By 3:00 the same day he brought it back, 411.00. To me a scammer trying to take advantage of her at the end of it all a little over 300.00.... never again. Reputable I doubt it. To me zero � left her a gift in her car, ice scraper. Professional it's already in the garbage.
