We rented two wheelchairs from Tom’s so my in-laws could attend my step-daughter’s BMT graduation at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, and I can’t say enough great things about this company! Renting a scooter from Tom’s wheelchair rentals was a life saver for my mom! We were able to easily navigate the streets of San Antonio. I called first thing in the morning and had the scooter less than 30 minutes later! Great price as well. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
Great service. We were looking to rent my dad a mobility scooter while vacationing in San Antonio. Tom's Wheelchairs were extremely helpful and personally guided us on which scooter would best fit my dad's needs. The whole process was very easy and affordable. Even though we didn't take advantage; they offered pick up and delivery at our hotel.
