I had to go to a meeting in San Antonio while recovering from foot fracture. Super happy to found out they have rental service for knee scooters with a very reasonable price. The rental process was smooth, the service is top notch. The device is well maintained and equipped. I’m so grateful that I don’t have to bring my own scooter when traveling. Thank you so much !!
I found everyone at this company especially Jacob, to be extremely helpful and fair and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They delivered my scooter to the hotel right when they said they would. It was in good shape and was a lifesaver getting around San Antonio Alamo thank you so much thank you all so much thank you all so much Center etcetera. If I could give them 20 Stars I definitely would!
We rented a mobility cart from Tom's Wheelchair Rental for our family's week-long trip to San Antonio. My 79 year old mother would not have survived all of the walking we did!! Having the mobility cart delivered directly to our hotel & having it picked up once our trip was completed was a very smooth process!! The price was reasonable, and well worth it!! Tom’s Wheelchair Rental is an excellent source for having accessible equipment such as wheelchair or mobility scooter. Location is near the Alamo. Short distance from the River Walk. Same day rental was easy with a phone call. Jacob was great coordinating everything I needed. Safety briefing when given equipment. If and when I visit San Antonio, I know who to contact for accessible rentals (Tom’s Wheelchair Rental). Very reasonable pricing too!
