My family stayed at Hotel Contessa. When I called the hotel and asked about wheelchair and scooter rental place, the lady did not hesitate in any way to say Tom's Wheelchair Rentals. Tom's was very accommodating and answered almost right away when I had a question or concern. They dropped off and picked up at the hotel and Silva was very thorough in explaining the equipment and the breakdown for transporting the equipment. Now for the negative (however, yes, there is always a down side to almost everything and it should be m... read more
Tom's Wheelchair is AMAZING! I was searching for a place that could fix my father in law's Feather Weight wheel chair. Jacob, had me bring the chair to them and was so honest and communicative about the whole process. He found a way to fix the issue that even Feather Weight couldn't do!! I am so impressed by the whole teams friendliness, help and customer service. Very thankful I contacted Toms Wheel chair! I'd give 100 gold stars if I could!! 🤩
These guys are great. We called last minute and they had availability near the Alamo. Their price was lower than anyone else. I was kind of worried about equipment quality but gave them a shot. They delivered the scooter right to us. They explained the use of the scooter and were very friendly. The scooter itself was in great shape and was perfect for us. The return was just as quick and smooth. I absolutely recommend Tom's.
I had an excellent experience with Tom’s Wheelchair Rentals. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right equipment for my needs. The wheelchair was clean, comfortable, and in great condition, and the pickup/drop-off process was quick and easy. What really stood out was their customer service—they went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything worked perfectly. It made a big difference during a time... read more
Needed scooters for a few people in our group so that we could see all the sites around town. Tom's provided quality scooters for us to use at a great price. Very nice and maintained. Easy pick-up and drop-off. The batteries lasted so the provided charging cords were not needed. Will 100% recommend and use again.
