My husbands scooter would not charge the morning we were leaving for a big conference in San Antonio. We called the hotel who gave us the # for Tom’s Wheelchair. Jacob was so helpful and had a scooter was delivered within 20 minutes. My husband was able to go to every session plus on it. This company was so easy to deal with. Very reasonable, as well.
Such a simple service that unlocks opportunities and quality of life for people with mobility challenges. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I believe I talked to Jacob, Dylan and Sylvia (sorry if I spelled any names wrong) who were all incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. My brother has MS and as a result has issues standing or walking for longer than a few minutes. Great service. We were looking to rent my dad a mobility scooter while vacationing in San Antonio. Tom's Wheelchairs were extremely helpful and personally guided us on which scooter would best fit my dad's needs. The whole process was very easy and affordable. Even though we didn't take advantage; they offered pick up and delivery at our hotel.
Staff was friendly & courteous. Rental fees very reasonable and affordable. Scooter worked very well, light weight, fit in trunk of full-size sedan. Would definitely recommend and use rental facilities again.
