No price on menu, it isconsidered DECEPTIVE practice in California and I was not given a receipt which may be illegal. I asked for the price my beer before ordering it and the price on the receipt was higher by $4

Considering we are a long term and returning customer of this establishment, our service was astounding. I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Tom’s Bar was extremely disappointing. We made reservations well in advance, paid ahead of time, and even arrived more than an hour early. We were third in line for the reservation queue, so we expected that arriving early would help us get decent seating. Instead, we were assigned seats on the open patio directly in the blazing sun.
