First time RVer If I could have given 0 star, I would. Tom - the owner - could not answer my basic questions about the RV that I was interested in. When I pressed him for some answers, he then got angry and refused to sell me the RV. All along, things just did not seem to add up. There is something fishy about this company. I would recommend going somewhere else.
integrity Called Tom about consigning an RV I'd bought from a private party and found that I was a novice RV'er, Tom came to my house and spent almost two hrs educating me on using my RV and the things to be aware of when buying or selling. He was a tremendous help when shopping for any vehicle. He spent a lot of his time schooling my wife and myself. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I spent months researching RVs and visited many lots, this was my best experience by far. First class custermer service and no pushy salesmen.
Do NOT shop here unless you want to be taken to the cleaners. Owner is NOT truthful about the condition of his trailers and vehicles. He is RUDE when negotiating. It's his way or no way.

It appears things have improved at this location. The young man took me right to the information I requested and was not evasive. This was refreshing after my bad experience at a big dealearship in town. I did not find what I wanted but appreciated the professional attitude. The big dealer posers could learn from him.
