Brandon was very helpful and easy to work with. Estimate done and parts ordered. If you have to deal with a body shop these guys make it easy
we hit a deer and they did a great job .nice guys fast workers and excellence in body work paint job and body work couldnt even tell we hit a deer. anyone needs body work go there u wont be disappointed. someone i know went there and so i went there got estimate. and they will get our business anytime .. id give them more than 5 stars if i could 10 stars....
I have had years of business here. I don't know how many cars? But, if I have any issues with them, they step up and take care of me. I read this other review and I question the whole story. When my kids learn to drive, I'm sure they will be going there too.
I came to Tom's to have peel-off tint removed and my back driver’s side window fixed. Immediately, I was lied to about the tint. I was told that the inner door panels needed to be removed in order to get the tint off. I thought that would be ok, since the 1 door had to be fixed anyway. Instead, they used isopropyl alcohol and a few other unknown solvents, without removing the door panel. The extra solvents ran inside my doors, where they took 2 weeks to evaporate fully.
