I ordered 4 pallets of Empire Zoysia sod on Monday to be delivered to my customers house on Wednesday. I got a call from the driver Wednesday around 11 telling me he only had 3 of my 4 pallets. I immediately called the office and they first tried to tell me I only ordered 3 pallets. I then replied with not only did I order 4 pallets, you already charged me for the 4 pallets. bad customer service and bad sod just spent $1,350 and the sod is bad said it turned like that because I water one night when I'm supposed to water in the day so if it did that just from one night of watering the sod was bad in the beginning try to get them to come look at it and they just drove by so don't use Tom's sod service
After reading that the company damaged a vehicle and refused to fix it, I would warn to stay away from them! They need to own up to what they did!
My sister used this company and is very dissatisfied.
I paid $1,000 for 5 pallets of sod a month after it was laid there's nothing but weeds call the company they hung up the phone don't ever trust these people
