Horrible interaction! :(
Everybody I know goes to Tom's. My ex and I have been loyal customers for over 14 years. We receive accurate estimates and quality work. They help accommodate customers with scheduling. I have always felt treated fairly, honestly and professionally. I have friends that moved from the NW side that still return to Tom's.
excellant repair shop – I have been going to Tom's service center for over a year and have been treated by them very fairly.They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why.
RIP OFF – My car had intermittent starting issues. This place worked on it for over two days with a price of over $450 and still could not tell me what was wrong. I finally just paid it and did some internet research my self, and within a couple hours figured out it was an ignition switch/security issue. I fixed it myself for less than $50.DO NOT GO HERE.
