After over a year of being “on the list” for them to come out and fix issues with their install I am still left waiting. There is a hole in the roof, popped nails, it looks like a roller coaster up there. They didn’t replace the drip edge with the new roof install regardless of them coordinating with the gutter company. It’s been 2 years since the install and the amount of issues we have just keeps growing. I would have been content with the job had they honored their warranty or stood behind the work they did. Tom's did roof work for us several years ago and fixed the problems at a reasonable price. HOWEVER! Needed to get some minor repairs and get a roof inspection but they never returned any calls. After many attempts I gave up on any response.
