Apparently their office administrator is the same person as their billing administrator which is a joke number one and she's rude and nasty. A patient confused asking questions regarding billing information was just screamed out and told go find another place to go or call your insurance company if you have further questions. If you're the office administrator and you're the billing manager don't you think you should have a little bit of patience to be able to answer questions to a patient who's confused.
I had every intention of scheduling my MRI with Toms River X-Ray, but after the way I was treated by the receptionist, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I called to make an appointment for an MRI of my lower back without contrast, the receptionist immediately insisted that my doctor's script was missing a code and additional information she claimed was required.
