Edited: 02/19/2026 - I had originally posted a review describing my mine and my father's horrible customer service experience with Toms River X-Ray 9 months ago, specifically in regard to both LINDA and SUSAN (billing and management). Absolute best MRI experience I’ve had. I had to go a lumbar mri out of pocket and they were the best cash pay price I found. More than that they were the fastest people to answer the phone and to get me a next day appointment and overall we’re just the sweetest humans every step of the way. They saw me on time and got my results shipped to the two doctors that needed them when I asked plus a copy of the images for myself. I’m definitely gonna be back and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
This place is mismanaged the entire front office should be fired told to show up appointment at 6:45 AM at 7:45 AM. They let me know that the script for the MRI is not valid then why would you book the appointment, they should be checking these things before making me wait one hour to let me know that, this is not the first incident a few weeks back did another test they took me in 45 minutes later, the technicians are nice but the entire Front Desk is horrible and mismanaged running on 1990 fax machines and are a mess
Still going here for all my Radiology needs. Great staff
The receptionist was extremely rude. They had my name and birthdate wrong in the system so she couldn’t find me. When I told her I called and they gave me an appointment she responded “ I didn’t give you anything I don’t make the appointments” and was very dismissive she didn’t want to help me. The other receptionist in the back called me in and was very helpful and nice. Found me right away. The technician was amazing, very nice and welcoming.
