Like dealing with sales scams from 1975! Walked in to look at a new model on sales floor. I know the brand in and out and have owned vw’s for 30 yrs. I would have bought that day with a reasonable price and fair trade. Their offer: MSRP + 13k(due to availability) & 5k under trade value of my vehicle. I was dumbfounded & their manager was just abrasive and clueless. There were more than 20 of this exact vehicle on lots within 50 miles. As a new customer I was very impressed with the layout of the service area. Lauryn provided the best customer service experience. She has been with the company 13 years and is so knowledgeable about VW models. I was able to wait for the repair and drove off with confidence that I wasn't "taken for a ride".
Anthony and Q are the two salesman that helped me and they were absolutely wonderful. I never felt pressured and they made sure to figure out what I wanted instead of pushing useless features. Nick made the finance process so easy and made sure to explain everything! I highly recommend.
