Oversold a vw that was not worth the blue book price. 11 thousand under, parts on these cars break constantly…. VW used to be great… do not trust this dealership. Appalled. Do what you can to never go here.

I dread going to buy cars at a dealership but this was by far the BEST in dealer car purchase I’ve made! Jade was ready when we walked through the door greeting us and answered all of our questions. He was upfront and honest. Best part was we came to look at the car worked out a deal went home and they delivered it to our home. I think we spent tops an hour and 15 minutes at the dealership. Ask for Jade the next time you need a car! Thank you!
I’ve been in many car dealerships in my life. Many. None have treated me so well as Tom’s River VW and Service advisor Lauryn Marin. Actually her title is Master Service Consultant and I can see why. First Lauryn was honest and up front about the first available appointment for brakes/rotors all around (3 days) but also offered an opportunity to come in and wait for the maintenance that day.
