We have a service contract. Our air conditioning stopped working late Wednesday night. We called on Thursday AM during the heat wave. TRHA serviceman came on SAME day and fixed the problem. So our holiday parties were not cancelled. Thank you.
Eco Air Zone replaced our HVAC system and did an excellent job. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. The system runs great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Eco Air Zone to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC work.
Terrible customer service horrendous don't ever call this company especially Michelle we were 20 year clients and were treated like they didn't care about us or our business with an 80 year old resident having no ac in 90 degrees and states they can't get to us till 7 days later and was nasty
urgent issue and my normal group has changed alot about how they operate. I tried TR H&C and I am so pleased. They still have the human touch of service and someone was able to get here today and diagnose and fix my problem. I couldn't be happier and found my new go to for our heating and ac needs. Thank you Jeff and the Toms River Heating and Cooling Team for getting my house up and running so fast.
We cannot thank Toms River Heating & Air enough for responding quickly, professionally and with excellence in their work, for a complete A/C replacement. The estimate and business process was simple and direct, made out of state payment easy, communicated well and promptly and were kind to the friend we were helping who was suffering in this heat. Crew manager and crew got the work done a day earlier than expected. Can't say enough good things about this company.
