I saw Dr. Bageac a few years back and he said I was good and didn't need to return. Now I'm having an issue and I'm told I would be considered a new patient since it's been longer than 3 years since my last visit. However, he's not taking new patients. When I asked to be scheduled with another doctor, they said that I couldn't be scheduled because they don't switch patients.
