Had snowblower for 5 months then claimed oil leak was unfixable because of seal. Turns out seal was fine. It was the oil plug another mechanic told me in one hour
Tom's shop is well off the road but it is worth searching for his place. Tom repaired my generator for 25% of the price of the other place that quoted me. That is a whopping $300 savings. One place quoted me 6 weeks for the repair. Tom completed the repair within 3 days. I am impressed with his work and honesty.
i had my lawn mower repaired by Tom's about 6 to 7 weeks ago. I was billed over $500 for a carburetor repair/replace and a few other things. Trouble is, I have no clue what they did and the lawnmower won't even start now!!! He never supplied an itemized receipt even after 3 phone calls!!! I have no clue what he did or didn't do for all that money! Now he won't answer my calls, return my calls, etc..... He promised twice he would deliver or mail a receipt and he has not.
