This was my second time using Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heat, and both experiences have been excellent! After I placed my call, technician Scott arrived very quickly and was professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad contactor and had my AC running properly again in no time. Scott also cleaned the coils in the unit, which I really appreciated. HVAC was leaking and I called 3 or 4 of the top rated companies for a 2nd opinion... Tom's was the first to show up, same day and replaced the drain pan, then we replaced the coils, the price was extremely competative and the guys did excellent work, finished in just a few hours. Then ... the drain was clogged and it started leaking again!! Same day service and after cleaning out the drain line everything is working great! Highly recommended if you want honest service and reliability!! A+++
I called Tom's Quality at the last minute not expecting to get a same day appointment since it's August in Houston! I got lucky and one of their techs had 1 appointment left. They sent Jordan and he was amazing! He found the issue shortly, fixed it and had me going and cooling down quickly! They're my go to AC company now! Fair priced and very professional!

I’ve used Tom’s for residential and commercial, and Mark and the installers are fantastic. Their units have held up great over the years, and they really are expert professionals.
