I’ve used Tom’s for residential and commercial, and Mark and the installers are fantastic. Their units have held up great over the years, and they really are expert professionals.

Fast service and honest business
The tech showed up an hour late and changed the $30 dollar contactor in 10 minutes and charged $330 dollars!!!!! I definitely felt like it was highway robbery!
Our upstairs ac stopped blowing cold, I called Toms and they were here within 30 minutes. Scott was our tech was quick and effecient and repaired our unit. Its an older unit and I was nervous that it would need to be replaced so I am glad they were honest and reccomended the repair. I know the time will come when it has to be replaced, and I will call Tom's first!
