After reading some of these reviews, I wonder if I used the same service:) I spoke to Jill several times on the phone, and she was very, very helpful. They cleaned two filthy ponds. They came out twice to our house to explain what they would do and how they would do it. Everything went according to plan, and the service exceeded my expectations. This is a picture of one of the ponds; the water is crystal clear. We will certainly use them in the future.
Don’t bother calling them, the reviews are true and I gave them the benefit of the doubt , and boy did they not disappoint, 100% rude, and no show service .
I have new home that came w koi pond. Spoke w Jill and set up end of season close down. Great info on phone and in person. Performed exactly as committed. Off to a great start. Will use in the spring to restart. His trucks look well maintained.
I would use a.qua landscape company before ever using this one the reviews say it all
Do not waste your time. I called to ask questions about a possible removal of a pond that was left by previous owners. Toms wife answered the phone and cuts me off when I am speaking misinterpreted what I talking about and told me they can not help. When I finally was able to ask a question and forced her to listen, against my better judgement I was going to make an appointmsnt for Tom to come out and clean and possibly maintain the pond.
