I have used Tom's Plumbing (TPS) for many years. They were referred to me by a family friend. We have called them out for big and little jobs. They have always arrived on time. Solved and explained the problem.They have always charged reasonable rates. I have referred them to friends who have been happy as well. My parents’ water heater stopped working after 30 years. We made a call to TPS and within 2 hours, Scott arrived. He quickly assessed the situation, reviewed the work to be done and provided the cost. He answered their questions and made them feel secure about what was to be done. I appreciate the extra care he took in handling my elderly parents. AMAZING!! Scott quickly and efficiently installed the new water heater. In just a few hours, the hot water was back on. John and his apprentice Brayden were terrific. They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. They solved our blockage issue with our kitchen sink and washer, and also installed our new toilet with a bidet toilet seat. Love it! Best of all, besides of course solving our issues, they were clean and respectful of our home. I highly recommend John and Brayden with TPS.
Called TPS to clear the backed up toilet as we have for years. Sergio came out and cleared the clog in about 20 mims for $450. Three weeks same problem, called to see if they could help us… Sergio came back on the phone claiming he cleared the drain to 100 ft. Not trie. He wanted more of our Nonprofits money to help us out. TPS is not what it once was, Stay Away from Crooked people trying to scam Nonprofits or Good people
