Russell came to my mom's house to fix a leaky toilet. he was very thorough and patient explaining to my mom and me the problem. he fixed the toilet quickly and we have not seen any leakage since then. TPS' price is very reasonable. we have used their services in four of our houses in the past 5 to 6 years without any problem.
I love Tom's! Each time I call with an issue, they always answer and come right away. Can you think of anything worse than having no hot water in the middle of winter? My water heater died, and Tom's replaced it, affordable, with a great new one. All within 8 hours after I left a message very late at night. Toms has also fixed a variety of plumbing leaks - always quickly and affordable.
(I am the wife) hahha Husband was referred by a coworker to TPS. Please know that I do not write reviews BUT this cannot go unnoticed for the Excellent Customer Service, (that is rare and hard to find). Russell came out and addressed the problem we were having. Arrived and got to work . I cannot say how Pleased we were with Russell and the service he did. Honest, Pleasant and even educated us on a few things... My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from TPS today. Our plumber, Sergio, and his coworker showed up on time and installed two new faucets and replaced all the angle stops also. We are senior citizens and have used many plumbing companies throughout the years and we recognize employees that are highly skilled and professional.
