Dr. Michelle Toms is the best. Her and the staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable despite my anxiety about having a root canal. Very patient and gentle. I will definitely be going to them again.
This practice is great. I had concerns after a number of procedures at my primary dentist went a bit sideways and after 2 root canals, ended up over here at Toms for an additional consult. First the staff is super friendly and Dr. Michelle Toms was awesome. Oh,.. And they can do full 360 degree scans, uhh... This means detailed 3d imaging of your mouth which most places can't do. Dr. Michelle Toms was Amazing! I had an emergency root canal done yesterday, after a long weekend in pain after cracking my tooth on an almond. I wasn't even a patient at this practice and she got me right in for a same day appt. She was calm and nurturing, talked me through the entire process with my comfort as her number one priority. Thank you for making me feel better!
I was very concerned about a needed root canal as I was traveling outside of the US on the other side of the globe when the tooth flared up. I was able to make an appointment, get the proper advice so I would be comfortable flying and the tooth would be ready to work on as soon as I landed. Dr. Michelle Toms is wonderful! My son had trouble during the Christmas season and she accommodated us even while she was on vacation with family and made sure my son had medication.
Dr. Tom was amazing. I was worked in as an emergency because of an infection and was in quite a bit of pain. I ended up needing a root canal. I am usually such a nervous dental patient but her gentle bedside manner was so calming and she talked me thru everything that was happening. I didn’t feel a thing. In fact, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.
