I cannot say enough good things about Tom’s Mechanical Systems. Tom and his son replaced our entire AC unit over the course of four days. Despite a freak heat wave that made our attic unbearably warm to work in, they worked efficiently and methodically in bringing our system up to date. Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the extent of the work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Tom just replaced the heat exchanger in our furnace. Another company identified the cracked heat exchanger and wanted over $4000 in labor to do a six to eight hour job to replace a part covered under the warranty and could not tell us how long it would take to get the part other than maybe 30 days. Tom came in that same day for a second opinion. He was able to get the part and install it inside of 48 hours at a fraction of what the other company was going to charge.
