Tom's Mechanical tech came out for our annual air unit check. We have two. He evaluated how everything was working, and found we needed new capacitors and more free-on. The units are getting older, but I feel we will get more time out of them as they are well maintained by Tom's. My tech Kristen did a great and thorough job. I am so glad I use Tom's mechanical for for my heating and air units. I've been a customer since 2013.

Chris the HVAC technician was very helpful. Answered all my questions about thermostats, sensors, and diagnosing the issue at hand. Maintained the system and made recommendations to consider for future. Great service. Office staff called and confirmed appt and technician arrival time. Great customer service.
Frank is absolutely the best HVAC technician one could have! Tom's is extremely fortunate to have him! Frank shows up on time everytime. We had no heat during the recent artic cold spell. Garrett came out from Tom's Mechanical. He was very professional quick and efficient. Took him about an hour to find problem and install new part. Very grateful. Will definitely call them for our next issue.
