HE ONLY CHARGES FOR THE TIME HE REALLY PUTS IN ON IT. HE DOESN'T ADD IN ANY EXTRA PADDING TO MAKE HIM RICH; HE IS THERE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS AND THEIR FAMALIES NOT TO PAD HIS WALLET.
