I personally have not hired them, nor do I plan on doing so. Issue happened with them working behind my house on a neighbors yard. As they trim the tree a branch of about 35lbs lands on the edge of my room crushing a few shingles. They leave the branch in my backyard. As I approached the truck they came off aggressive saying my shingle was already like that. Which is false, my roof is only 2 years old. You can clearly see it was damaged by the drop. We spent thousands for new landscaping. Half of our plants died within a year. I do not recommend them. Only 1 of these 4 giant bushes survived.
Cancelled my service with no notice because we are a biweekly property (note we not only pay on time, but in excess to essentially add credit since we have a large property...never know when we will have to pay for leaf removal etc)...also, they will give you a day for service, but the time they arrive is anyone's guess. I've been using TCL for 20+ years and recommend them to all my friends. Great service, amazingly affordable prices, friendly and professional. I was single moving into my first home and knew nothing about lawn care and they took care of me. Now I'm married to a man that hates to do yard work, so they're still taking care of me ...lol. Thanks TLC!
They never even gave me a return call. I left them a message and never heard from them.
