Responded very quickly to our issue and had us back up and running in no time. Very professional, reasonably priced, no hidden fees and thoroughly explained the issue. They were very willing to answer our questions. Checked back the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Will definately use them again
When my a/c went out during this extreme late June 2025 heat wave, Toms' staff made sure they got out to me the day I called, and they evaluated it, had to let it de-ice overnight, and then returned in the morning the next day. They are professional, polite, informative, and fast. I would like to add that the Tom's family and business staff made sure my needs were met even though they have suffered the loss of their patriarch and the business owner, who had always been very helpful and kind to me.
