I don't have experience with Tom's handy work, but I did experience Tom's honesty and integrity. Tom was cutting the neighbors lawn, and drove over a rock, resulting in my rear truck window being smashed. He was unaware, but once I told him about the damage, he took full responsibility. He was apologetic and said he would take care of it, which he did. These days, finding honesty and integrity is rare! Thanks Tom for being and upstanding guy! Sue Osgood

I had all cabinets replaced and countertops as well as plank flooring put in my living room I want to say thank you to The whole crew Tom Joe Will and Dennis you guys did an amazing job thank you again .

I have to say I couldn't be more disappointed with Tom for a variety of reasons. First and most important his work is sub-par across the board. He did a bunch of work for my vacation house and because I was not there the whole time he cut corners and did not complete any jobs to my satisfaction. He always took advantage of me due to my absence. The tiles he laid in the bathroom are crooked and uneven. The sink handles are backwards with the hot and cold. I called Tom close to midnight for a very odd emergency job that I needed taken care of by morning. Tom showed such professionalism and compassion for the predicament I was in. In the end, a neighbor was able to step in not long after I hung up my call with Tom, so I accepted the neighbor's help due to the interest of time and proximity. But Tom was so willing to shift his schedule to help me, and he was so understanding and kind when I told him the neighbor could step in instead.
