Tom's Ford in Keyport NJ is amazing. Got a call from Lori to schedule an appointment for a recall on my Ford fusion. I didn't even know there was a recall. Plus, I didn't buy my car from Tom's. Talk about convenient. Laurie scheduled a home appointment. A great youngman, Ryan came right to my house to complete the recall repair. He was on-time, friendly, quick and professional. I couldn't be more impressed with Laurie and Ryan. What a great team!
