The last two times I took my car to be serviced both times they didn't do my tires each time with a different reason previous 3 times they came and picked my car up at 8 am for simple service on a friday only to turn around and provide me with no eta of when it would be done. I have to call them at 4:30 to ask about when my car will be done only to be told the guys leaves at 5 we can bring you your vehicle maybe Monday no offer of a loaner car no call to tell me that they planned to keep my car for 3 days for a simple servic... read more
