The best part about Toms Farms are the pony rides and petting zoo! Please put them back where the western sheds are. It is such a great location and backdrop for the little ones. The other location is too far and hard to find. Those girls work hard to make it enjoyable for the kids.
It is so Dog Friendly!!! Took my 4-leggeds on the Christmas Train today (again!) and they LOVED it! and kids faces light up when they see the dogs on the Train! Super sweet and fun! Thank you for including our furry friends im the festivities! Its why I come!
I’d just like to say that the woman who answers the phone needs to find another job that would make her happy. First time I called she was not helpful at all and wanted to just hang up, now second time I called same lady answered and she still acted like she hated her life and did not want to talk on the phone instead kept yelling out “hellooo, hellooo” even though I could hear her. You need to get some NEW employees who know how to talk on a phone and aren’t so miserable ! Your ratings on yelp are horrible!
Everyone always writes about negative experiences that they have so I just want to take the time to write about a positive one. Huge shout out to Tom’s Farms furniture staff. My table was delayed from the manufacturer and I am having an event this Friday. They offered to bring me a table to use until my table came in! They made a possible stressful situation into a very positive one! I highly recommend them for not only good prices but also amazing quality. I was there recently looking for something new for my front yard. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for so I asked an employee (blonde girl, didn’t get her name) for some help/recommendations, and I was met with the most rude and terrible service I’ve ever experienced at Tom’s. She was very dismissive of me. And acted like I shouldn’t have been there. She wasn’t any help to me so I turned around and left.
