I was shopping for a bike when I found what I wanted at a great price right there at Tom's cycle. They did all the paperwork so all I had to do is ride the bike home. They know the history of the bike so I'm confident that any issues have been checked out or taken care of. None of the hassles of a private seller. Dealing with Tom's cycle was a pleasure.
My Supercarrot was ill and Mike came out and picked it up. It was fixed within a few days and running better than ever :)
I wore out a tire on a trip. The "other" place was sort of interested in helping, but not many tire choices. I called a talked to Corey at Tom's and he gave me 3 good choices and proactively said "Come on over, I can get the tire on right away". They make an effort to help riders in a jam. I thought I'd be stuck for awhile, but they quickly got me back on the road. I was even able to meet my friend in Creston, BC as planned. Thanks Tom's! They had some clean used bikes too.
Great guy's to deal with. they came in on Easter sunday to let me pickup my new 2003 road glide that was better than described. I would drive from ca. any day to deal with these guy's again. Love the bike. Thanks again to Cory and Mike

Had a fantastic experience today. Set an appointment to tune up and dial in some issues on my '77 GL1000 today and they did a fantastic job. Ride better than it ever has while I've owned it and they managed to get it done faster than expected. Price was also very good for the work performed. Thanks guys!
