Onion rings are superb. I'd sure like to give this establishment 5 stars but pre-formed (FRESH, not frozen) patties wasn't what I expected. Not sure why it's so hard for burger joints to hand-form patties but never-the-less, their burgers are very good. .

I really glad you enjoyed our onion rings and just wanted to assure you that out patties are always fresh and never frozen. We get 4 meat deliveries a week from our meat company and sell a lot of burgers, therefore have no reason to freeze our patties (so you're right, it's not hard). They are however preformed. Ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with toast, hash browns, eggs over easy, and white gravy. Plus, coffee to drink.
One of the best Hatch Chili burgers I've ever had. And the onion rings were pretty good too. Just wish I wasn't so far away but will still drive over an hour to get another one. They are that good.
These guys know how to work that grill back there!! Breakfast lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong with either at this spot!
I honestly can not say enough good things about this place. The service is great and the food is absolutely awesome.
