Extraordinary!!! Tom gave me everything I needed that another bike shop in Tulsa wouldn't give me, including recommendations, a great price, and continued follow-up, and even delivery! Everyone I spoke with at all times was courteous, helpful, and respectful even though I'm in California and carried out the transaction over the phone.
