RUN FOREST RUN!!!! – Worst ever. We used Tom to replace a mechanical awning (sunshade) covering our skylight). Seemed like a nice guy.... came out, gave price, ordered material, installed. The first time we tried to use it a got stuck, then, the pulley cable sprang loose. We called Tom up and he said he'd be out in a few days.
