Great people/great integrity/honest Honest, wonderful, helpful service with great integrity. My car was in an accident, leaking fluid--I looked up nearby shops and called Tom's. He personally came to the scene, poured water and fluid--and let me leave the car at his shop until we can get it to a body shop. He said that it wasn't a radiator problem--there was nothing in helping us for him except that he is a wonderful human being and rescued us out-of-town drivers on his own time. Stress free service One morning while driving on the 91 east fwy a accident happen. Something come up and hit my radiator casusing a major coolant leak. One truck pulled over to help me. Just so happen that gentlemen owned a Radiator and Auto shop. With in no time Tom had towed my car to his shop, fixed my car and i was able to get to work. It was such a stress release and i know if i have any problems i can just call Tom. Thanks!
Avoid this place at all cost!!! I went there to get my radiator replaced. They never called me back to tell me that they ordered the wrong part and the one I need actually cost more! Then they tried to lie and tell me that I'm ABOUT to blow a head! How are you ABOUT to blow a head? Either you do or you don't! They made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Dealing with this company has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I thought I had encountered some really bad mechanics before. Tom 's Radiator by far has been the worst for me.
Honest and Reliable Took my vehicle to the local auto repair shop near my home. They told me alot of repairs were needed and then quoted my 700 to 900 dollars worth of work. I then took my car to Tom's who insured me that there were only minor repairs need and i walk out of there less then 300 dollars and feeling really good with there service. Very honest and well managed. Even took me home and picked me up the next day.
