I have a rather hard time making a review as I feel I am not grading Tom Stevens himself but a situation/ experience over time. We had chosen Tom's Auto many years for car repairs as he friendly, affordable, and kept our used car on the road, and since we were within walking distance, if repairs took time, we'd walk home until our car was ready.
