Brought our Cadillac SRX to Tom's Auto Repair, after speaking with Amos. I knew the alternator needed to be replaced. Amos gave me a quote over the phone, which what I thought was a fair & very reasonable price. I spoke with others who wanted two and two & half times what Amos quoted. We brought car there on Monday afternoon and Amos had car done by Tuesday morning. He also mentioned that there was an oil leak, which I had noticed but was reluctant to bring up.
