If I could rate them any lower I would. My partner recently got hit and we had her car towed here because they had helped us in the past and had no issues. Today after finding out her car was totaled she called toms to see when would be the best time to clean out her car. The woman who was on the phone with her talked to her in an extremely rude way with no sympathy or understanding for the situation.
