Too many bad reviews
Just wanted to give a huge "shout out" of THANKS to Tom's Auto Body in Beecher! Our daughter's car was experiencing "starting" issues for over the last two months, and after replacing the battery twice, & having a new transmission AND a new alternator put in elsewhere (since the car is with my daughter away at college), and after hearing from TWO separate Ford dealers that they could NOT service the vehicle until October...... They purposely didn't do my car until an hour before they closed, knowing that it would take multiple hours in order to fix my car right. I was told to come back the next day so that they could finish the work and I said okay. Mind you, I had already paid the full price beforehand in order to have specific things on my car fixed. When I returned the next day, they finished fixing my car just to tell me that I had to pay again for the "hours that it took" to fix my car.
