Owner Dave came out and found problem with washer ordered part came back when part came in and washer working like new this is a company that you can trust.
Whoever the driver is of this truck, needs to be drug tested, guy is falling asleep at 9AM and cuts off 2 lanes just to follow another truck… wow
My experience with Tom's Appliance was not good. The first time I called, the lady who answered the phone was rushed and impolite. She sounded stressed out and basically told me that there was an all day window in which the technician would come out the next day. She was not even able to tell me morning evening or afternoon which wasn't going to work for me. I had to call back again and insist on some kind of window. They have been serving our appliances for over 25 years. Alway honest and pricing fare. Good warranty. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.
