Sara, Layla and Dr. Mead are wonderful, supportive and kind. They took time to understand my issues and treated me as more than just a patient. I had trouble tolerating the full dose of TMS and they spent extra time re-mapping to enable me to achieve the full dose. Peanut the little doggie was an added bonus! I definitely feel less depressed and anxious after this treatment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an alternative to medication for depression and anxiety.
Dr. Mead went above and beyond helping me get my treatment covered by insurance. He went to bat for me to appeal their initial denial and was very patient and caring. Sara and Layla are extremely kind and empathetic, and make it a joy to go for treatment. They make you feel welcome and comfortable at every visit.
Layla and Sara are amazing people and you feel like family when you are here. TMS has helped with my depression and I am so thankful I found TMS and got to meet Sara and Layla. A nice little perk is the cuddles you get every day with their little dog peanut.
Tompkins TMS was absolutely life changing! The staff feels like family and they truly care about you and your experience! Everything is explained superbly and although it’s a commitment 5 days a week for 7 weeks, which equals 36 sessions, it’s worth it!
