This is an absolute terrible place to live. The management company is amazingly rude and sketchy. It is extremely difficult to sell your place due to the board. I know. Cop-op boards are never easy, but this is extreme and you will feel trapped. My wife and I separated, when she past away, they refused to give me my own key to get in to my place.
